Residential HVAC Installer

What You’ll Do • Install residential HVAC systems (furnaces, ACs, heat pumps, ductless mini-splits, ductwork, and accessories) according to manufacturer specifications and local codes. • Perform system start-ups, test airflow, and fine-tune system performance. • Collaborate with other team members to complete installations efficiently and effectively. • Assemble and modify components or ductwork as needed. • Ensure all work meets safety, quality, and code standards. • Maintain a safe and organized job site, and follow safety protocols. • Communicate clearly with customers and answer basic questions about system use and care. • Represent Sanchez HVAC Services with professionalism, reliability, and pride. What We’re Looking For • 5+ years of residential HVAC installation experience(required). • Strong mechanical aptitude with the ability to read and follow blueprints and schematics. • Strong understanding of system types, airflow, and installation best practices. • Ability to read and follow blueprints, schematics, and installation manuals. • EPA Certification (required); NATE certification is a strong plus. • Basic knowledge of refrigerant handling and environmental regulations. • Excellent time management and ability to work independently. • Valid driver’s license and clean driving record. • Strong communication and customer service skills. • Positive attitude, professionalism, and attention to detail.
