What It Takes to Succeed • At2 years of HVAC experiencein a residential setting, including taking service calls and providing effective solutions. • Avalid drivers license and a clean driving record. • The ability topass a background check and drug screening. • Strong troubleshooting and problem solving skills with the ability to think on your feet and resolve problems efficiently. • A commitment tosafety, professionalism, and providing high quality serviceon every job. • Th ability to workindependently and as part of a collaborative team. • Outstandingcommunication and customer service skills,ensuring each customer feels valued and well informed throughout their service experience . • Work from anIPADto receive and update service calls. • Able to lift and carry 50 lbs or more • Maintain a clean and professional appearance.
