Residential New Construction Tract Plumbing Superintendent

Job Summary Our well established residential plumbing company is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Residential New Construction Tract Plumbing Superintendent to oversee and manage construction projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in residential new construction tract plumbing management, experience with both large and small builders, with expertise in project scheduling, budgeting, and quality control. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring that all work is completed safely, on time, and within budget while adhering to industry standards and regulations. Duties • Supervise daily operations on construction sites to ensure compliance with schedules and a quality installation. • Coordinate and manage field installers to maintain project schedules and quality standards. • Utilize email, text and excel to communicate, schedule and order material. • Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and contracts to ensure accurate execution of project plans. • Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, quality control, and adherence to OSHA regulations. • Manage project budgets, including estimating costs and controlling expenses throughout the project lifecycle. • Facilitate communication between builders, and subcontractors. • Implement quality assurance measures to ensure that all work meets established standards. Requirements • Proven experience as a Residential New Construction Tract Plumbing Superintendent. • Strong knowledge of construction management principles, including project scheduling and budgeting. • Familiarity with OSHA regulations and safety practices on construction sites. • Excellent supervisory skills with the ability to manage teams effectively. • Strong understanding of blueprint reading, quality control processes, and schematics. • Relevant certifications in construction management or related fields are preferred.
