Job Summary
We are seeking dependable and drivenPieceworkersto join our Las Vegas IES Residential team. This position is ideal for skilled individuals who prefer to be paid based on productivity rather than hourly wage. As a Pieceworker, you will be responsible for installing electrical components in residential or multifamily buildings, receiving compensation based on the quantity and quality of completed tasks.Key Responsibilities
β’ 
Install electrical wiring, fixtures, devices, panels, and equipment according to job specifications and building codes.
β’ 
Work from construction drawings, blueprints, or instructions provided by foremen or supervisors.
β’ 
Accurately measure, cut, bend, and run conduit, wire, and cable in walls, attics, and crawl spaces.
β’ 
Ensure all work is completed in a timely and safe manner while meeting company quality standards.
β’ 
Track and report completed units/tasks as required to ensure accurate piecework compensation.
β’ 
Collaborate with site supervisors to resolve issues or job-specific instructions.
β’ 
Adhere to OSHA and company safety protocols on all job sites.

Maintain proper care of tools, equipment, and materials provided.Compensation

Qualifications

Prior experience in residential or multifamily electrical work preferred.

Familiarity with NEC (National Electrical Code) standards.
β’ 
Ability to interpret electrical schematics and blueprints.

Must own basic hand tools required for electrical work.
β’ 
Ability to work efficiently, unsupervised, and maintain consistent productivity.
β’ 
Physical ability to lift 50+ lbs, stand, bend, climb, and work in confined spaces.

Must maintain punctual attendance and follow safety regulations at all times.Working Conditions
