Residential Plumber

We perform a variety of plumbing jobs with a focus on residential remodels. No sewer work and extremely limited drain cleaning, go home and smell as good as you did in the morning. Proficiency in current plumbing system (propress, megapress, propex) is required. Primarily you will be responsible for handling the plumbing during a remodel, from a single bathroom project to a whole house renovation. Be able to work closely with our general contractors and home owners. Communication and a good attitude is needed. Requirements: • State of Washington 02 Journeyman Plumbers License. • Residential remodel experience. • Must have valid driver’s license and be insurable. • Physically able to lift heavy objects if needed. Job Responsibilities: • Diagnose, troubleshoot, and proficiently resolve diverse plumbing issues. • Knowledge and ability to perform all jobs up to local plumbing codes • Ensure accurate completion of paperwork. • Supply basic plumbing hand tools.
