Journeyman Key Responsibilities • Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair residential plumbing systems, including water heaters, drains, fixtures, and piping. • Install and maintain plumbing systems in accordance with industry standards and local building codes. • Provide exceptional customer service by clearly explaining diagnoses, solutions, and costs to customers. • Conduct routine inspections and preventative maintenance services to avoid plumbing emergencies. • Work with office staff on prepare and submit required documentation for plumbing permits and ensure compliance with state and local codes. • Stay up-to-date on regulations and certifications required for plumbing services and administrative licensing. Requirements: • Valid PL01 or PL02 license (Washington State, or Idaho) REQUIRED • Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills in residential plumbing systems. • Customer Service & Sales Experience: Previous experience in face-to-face customer service and a strong focus on presenting and selling comprehensive solutions. • Strong communication skills and a commitment to representing As You Wish with professionalism. • Experience with ServiceTitan or similar platforms for efficient job tracking and invoicing. • This role is responsible for delivering high-quality plumbing services to residential customers while adhering to safety standards, plumbing codes, and company procedures.
