Sound View Window & Door, a leading provider of premium windows, doors, and custom glass solutions in the Seattle area, is seeking a motivated and experiencedResidential Sales Consultantto join our team. If you have a passion for home improvement and a knack for building relationships, we want to hear from you!
In this exciting role, you'll be responsible for guiding homeowners and contractors through their window, door, shower door, glass replacement, and millwork projects. You'll use your expertise to recommend the best solutions, provide accurate quotes, and close sales, all while delivering exceptional customer service.
What You'll Do:
• Consult with residential homeowners and contractors to understand their home improvement needs.
• Present and sell a wide range of products including windows, doors, shower doors, glass replacement, and millwork.
• Prepare and deliver professional sales presentations and accurate quotes.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring a positive sales experience from start to finish.
• Collaborate with our installation team to ensure seamless project execution.
• Achieve and exceed sales targets.
What You'll Bring:
• Proven experience in home improvement sales or installation, specifically with windows, doors, shower doors, glass replacement, or millwork.
• A strong understanding of residential construction and remodeling processes.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
• A customer-focused approach with a commitment to delivering outstanding service.
• Self-motivation and a results-oriented mindset.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
What We Offer:
• Competitive compensation package(hourly, commission, or bonus) with the opportunity to earn$60,000 to $100,000+annually, depending on your results.
