What You’ll Do In this role, you’ll handle residential service calls from start to finish—diagnosing problems, presenting solutions, and executing work with professionalism and precision. You’ll be trusted to represent our brand in customers’ homes, collaborate with teammates, and contribute to our culture of integrity, learning, and respect. Core Responsibilities: • Diagnose, repair, and install residential electrical systems • Communicate clearly and respectfully with homeowners • Ensure all work meets NEC and local code standards • Maintain a clean appearance and organized vehicle • Use ServiceTitan and iPad tools for scheduling and job tracking • Show up on time, every time—and finish what you start • Participate in ongoing technical and soft skills training What We’re Looking For We’re looking for an experienced, licensed electrician who takes pride in doing things the right way, not the easy way. Someone who’s confident on the job, humble with the team, and serious about their future.
