What We’re Looking ForWe're hiring a Residential Electrician with at least 3 years of hands-on experience who thrives in a customer-facing role. If you love connecting with homeowners, can clearly communicate the value of electrical upgrades, and enjoy providing tailored service recommendations, this role is for you. Sales experience or a sales-driven mindset is essential—we’re looking for someone who understands how to present options and guide customers confidently toward the best solution.
