Residential Service Plumber

Summary We are seeking a skilled Plumber to join our team at Lickety Split AC, Plumbing & Electric. In this role, you will be responsible for installing, repairing, and maintaining plumbing systems in residential properties. Your expertise will be crucial in ensuring that our clients receive the highest quality service in a timely manner. Responsibilities • Install and repair plumbing systems including pipes, fixtures, and appliances. • Read blueprints and technical drawings to determine layout of plumbing systems. • Perform routine maintenance on plumbing systems to prevent issues. • Troubleshoot and diagnose plumbing problems effectively. • Utilize power tools and equipment safely and efficiently. • Ensure compliance with local building codes and regulations. • Communicate with clients regarding project status and recommendations. Requirements • Proven experience as a plumber or in a similar role. • Strong knowledge of construction plumbing techniques and practices. • Ability to read blueprints and technical documents accurately. • Familiarity with HVAC systems is a plus but not required. • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. • Basic math skills for measurements and calculations.
