Residential Service Plumber

Position Overview We are a fast-growing plumbing services provider looking for knowledgeable and reliable plumbers to install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems and components in residential homes, and small commercial establishments. We need professionals who can maintain a high level of performance and provide our customers with the best possible service while working independently in the field. About You • Possesses a sense of urgency. • Valid driver's license. • Maintains a professional and friendly image and provides great customer service. • Can follow established policies and procedures. • Ability to manage truck stock/ inventory on a service van. Required Skills / Knowledge • Good verbal and written communication skills. • Customer service skills. (Ex: approachable, friendly, helpful) • Technical plumbing knowledge. • Minimum of 2 years of plumbing experience in the service field. Daily Duties • Drives company vehicle to location of service call. • Performs plumbing services in a professional and efficient manner. • Frequently communicates with and reports back to main office, dispatching and Director of Operations. • We offer competitive compensation and overtime opportunities after hours (at your discretion). However, this is a standard, Monday - Friday 8 am - 6 pm full-time position and will primarily respond to service calls within the NYC Area About Us Established in 2018, we are a private plumbing services company located in Brooklyn, New York that provides plumbing services, gas inspections, and sprinkler system services throughout the 5 NYC boroughs.
