Information générale:

Travailler avec les usines de transformateurs de toute l'Amérique du Nord pour gérer et améliorer leurs processus de planification et d'ordonnancement. Promouvoir la formation et la normalisation dans les domaines de la planification des ventes et des opérations, de la planification générale et des processus de d'ordonnancement détaillés dans l'ensemble de l'organisation du Hub.

Responsabilités:

  • Former et encadrer les planificateurs de la demande, les planificateurs des opĂ©rations, les planificateurs du programme-cadre et les planificateurs du matĂ©riel. DĂ©velopper les compĂ©tences globales de l'organisation. Contribuer aux initiatives du groupe ou de la division visant Ă  Ă©tablir des normes et des pratiques exemplaires.
  • Assurer la formation nĂ©cessaire et contribuer Ă  l'Ă©laboration de processus standards et des meilleures pratiques proactives.
  • ContrĂ´ler l'exĂ©cution du travail standard dans les usines. Élaborer et surveiller des tableaux de bord, suivre l'exĂ©cution du calendrier, le nivellement de la charge et l'analyse de la capacitĂ©.
  • Veiller Ă  ce que les informations soient recueillis en temps voulu et avec exactitude. Organiser un bon flux d'informations de l'examen des produits Ă  l'examen de la demande, en passant par l'examen des opĂ©rations. VĂ©rifier la cohĂ©rence de tous les Ă©lĂ©ments d'information utilisĂ©s au cours des processus S&OP.
  • ContrĂ´ler les indicateurs clĂ©s de performance (IRC) liĂ©s Ă  l'engagement et aux rĂ©sultats du processus S&OP. Collaborer avec tous les contributeurs pour amĂ©liorer le processus et s'assurer qu'il rĂ©pond aux prioritĂ©s de l'entreprise.
  • Promouvoir l'ITM dans l'ensemble de l'organisation. Contribuer Ă  la formation et au dĂ©veloppement d'une analyse RCCM solide.

Qualifications:

  • Cinq ans d'expĂ©rience dans la fabrication
  • ExpĂ©rience ERP souhaitĂ©e dans le module PP
  • HabiletĂ©s Ă  travailler de manière interfonctionnelle au sein d'une chaĂ®ne de valeur mondiale
  • Aptitudes d'analyse et de prise de dĂ©cisions indĂ©pendantes
  • MaĂ®trise d'Excel supĂ©rieure Ă  la moyenne
  • Excellentes compĂ©tences en matière de communication et d'esprit d'Ă©quipe

General Information:

Work with the transformer factories across North America to manage and improve their planning and scheduling processes. Drive Training and Standardization in Sales and Operations planning, Master Planning, and detailed scheduling processes throughout the Hub organization.

Responsibilities:

  • Trains and coaches Demand Planners, Operations Planners, Master Schedule Planner and Material planner. Develops the overall competency of the organization. Contribute to group or division initiatives establishing standards and best practices.
  • Provide training as needed and assist in the development of standard process and best proactices.
  • Monitor standard work execution of the factories. Develop and monitor dashboards, tracking schedule execution, load leveing, and capacity analysis.
  • Participate in factory S&OP meetings, helping to drive stanadardization and helping all contributors to comply with the requirements and actively participate.
  • Ensure information is collected timely and accurately. Arrange a good flow of information from the product review to demand review, to operations review. Check the consistency of all pieces of information used during the S&OP Processes.
  • Monitor KPIs related to the engagement and outcome of the S&OP Process. Work with all the contributors on improving the process, and make sure it is serving the priorities of the business.
  • Drive ITM throughout the organization. Assist in the training and development of strong RCCM analysis.

Qualifications: :

  • Five years manufacturing experience
  • Preferred ERP experience in PP module
  • Ability to work cross-functionally within a global value chain
  • Independent analysis/decision-making capabilities
  • Above average Microsoft excel skills
  • Strong communicator and teamwork oriented
  • Organized and exhibits a sense of urgency when necessary
  • Takes initiative to drive projects and lead others
  • Employs root cause analysis approach
  • Strong sense of customer focus and quality
  • Bachelor's Degree in business or Engineering ,
  • minimum of 5 years of experience in simmilar role, or alternatively, a special combination of education and experience and/or demonstrated accomplishments.
