About Us We are a San Diego-based restoration company specializing in fire, water, and mold damage restoration. Our team is dedicated to providing exceptional service, helping property owners recover quickly, and working closely with insurance carriers to deliver high-quality results. We are seeking an experienced Project Manager / Estimator who is passionate about restoration, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and can lead projects from inspection through completion while also helping drive new business opportunities. Responsibilities: Project Management & Estimating • Manage restoration projects from initial inspection to final walkthrough • Create accurate estimates using Xactimate (required) • Coordinate and supervise crews, subcontractors, and vendors • Maintain communication with homeowners, property managers, and insurance adjusters • Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to company quality standards • Document job progress, scope changes, and all project-related details • Prepare and review invoices, work authorizations, and contracts • Support team development, safety, and compliance standards Business Development • Build and maintain strong relationships with insurance adjusters, property managers, contractors, and commercial clients • Secure new accounts and project opportunities by networking and prospecting within the San Diego market • Conduct outreach to prospective business clients (property management firms, HOAs, real estate offices, insurance agencies, facilities managers) • Represent the company at industry events, trade associations, and community networking groups • Partner with leadership to create business development strategies that increase referrals and repeat business • Track and report on lead generation, client engagement, and account growth Qualifications ✅ 3+ years experience in fire, water, or mold restoration (required) ✅ Proficiency with Xactimate estimating software ✅ IICRC certifications (Water, Fire/Smoke, Applied Microbial Remediation) strongly preferred ✅ Knowledge of construction processes and insurance claims ✅ Proven ability to develop business relationships and generate leads ✅ Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills ✅ Valid CA driver’s license & clean driving record ✅ Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus s Job Type: Full-time Pay: $72,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year Benefits: • 401(k) • Flexible schedule Work Location: On the road
