What You'll Do as a Retail Customer Service & Sales Associate: • Represent clientele at various events, serving as the first point of contact for potential customers and offering tailored sales solutions based on their needs • Set up and maintain visually appealing event displays • Track interactions and manage customer information using the provided tools and systems • Collaborate with fellow Retail Customer Service & Sales Associates to share successful strategies, celebrate wins, and support collective success • Pursue growth by taking on leadership responsibilities and contributing to company goals • Participate in training, sales, and client meetings to ensure up-to-date knowledge and best practices What You Bring as a Retail Customer Service & Sales Associate: • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a natural ability to engage people in face-to-face conversations • Willingness to learn and grow - both personally and professionally - through ongoing training and feedback • Team player mindset with a positive attitude and a drive to contribute to a winning culture • Motivated, goal-oriented, and excited by uncapped earning potential • Adaptable and comfortable working in fast-paced, dynamic event-based environments • Previous experience working in sales, customer service, or retail settings is a bonus Job Type: Full-time Pay: $850.00 - $1,300.00 per week Work Location: In person
