Simply Seattle is looking for a Key Holder with strong retail merchandising skills to join our team. The ideal candidate has retail sales experience and an excellent understanding of visual merchandising and product flow that aligns with our brand. This position focuses on delivering an exceptional customer experience through ensuring the sales floor is visually appealing and well-stocked. You will be actively engaging with customers to understand their needs, recommending products, and processing transactions efficiently. In addition to sales responsibilities, the associate will use their merchandising expertise to set up attractive product displays, maximize floor space and flow, maintain inventory accuracy, and support promotional setups that drive product visibility and sales. Success in this role requires strong interpersonal skills, creativity, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to balance customer interaction with merchandising tasks in a retail environment. We’re looking for someone who can multitask in a fast-paced environment, connect with customers, and bring fresh ideas to our store presence. Job Requirements β€’ Customer Service Driven: Enjoy working with the public to create an extraordinary customer service experience. β€’ Excellent verbal and written communicator. β€’ Experience in setup and maintenance of appealing retail merchandise displays. β€’ Ability to engage customers and tell our brand story through product placement. β€’ Self-motivated, hard working, and a good listener who isn't afraid to take initiative. β€’ Open availability: Weekends, Nights, etc. β€’ A retail personality: Good with people and proactive about selling merchandise. β€’ Reliable and punctual. β€’ Diligent with procedures and tasks. β€’ Accountability with store maintenance: Stocking, cleaning, and organizing. β€’ Able to push, pull, lift, and/or carry up to 50 pounds. β€’ Creative drive for collaboration.
