Responsibilities • Greet customers warmly and assist them in locating products within the store. • Provide knowledgeable answers to customer inquiries regarding products and services. • Process transactions accurately using a cash register and handle cash with care. • Maintain a clean and organized sales floor, ensuring merchandise is well-displayed. • Assist with inventory management, including restocking shelves and conducting stock checks. • Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and enhance customer satisfaction. • Uphold company policies and procedures while providing excellent customer service. Skills • Bilingual abilities are a plus, enhancing communication with diverse customers. • Proven sales experience in a retail environment is highly desirable. • Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage effectively with customers. • Basic math skills for handling transactions and cash management. • Experience in cash handling and operating cash registers efficiently. • Supervisory skills are beneficial for potential leadership opportunities within the team. • Ability to sell products effectively by understanding customer needs and preferences. • Excellent phone etiquette for handling customer inquiries over the phone.
