Responsibilities
• Expand the clientele by finding new business opportunities within specific geographies
• Independently track performance goals and key sales metrics on a monthly and quarterly basis to make sure company goals are achieved
• Qualify incoming leads so appointments are arranged as fast as possible to provide an excellent customer service experience
• Update customer database regularly to provide the most up-to-date client information to the sales team
• Funnel new qualified leads into the sales pipeline by following up with each prospect via email, phone calls or other forms of communication
Qualifications
• Must have a valid U.S. driver’s license and be able to travel by car
• Proven track record of at least 1 years of experience in a sales position or in a customer service-related field
• Able to think on your feet and come up with solutions to customers needs.
• Handle multiple clients at the same time.
• Set goals and adapt to changing customer needs.
• Able to learn the sales process and how to work with client databases
• Superb communication skills, both written and verbal, as well as interpersonal skills and time management skills
• High school diploma required; bachelor’s degree preferred
Compensation
Base salary of $35,000 plus month bonuses, and expenses covered.
