You will engage with customers, assist them in finding products, and promote sales through effective communication and upselling techniques. Duties • Greet customers warmly and provide attentive service. • Assist guests in selecting products that fit their tastes and needs. • Utilize retail math skills to accurately process transactions and manage inventory. • Communicate product features and benefits effectively to customers. • Stock shelves and ensure inventory is full and organized • Engage in upselling techniques to enhance the customer experience and increase sales. • Conduct product demonstrations to showcase items and encourage purchases. • Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly. • Maintain a clean and organized sales floor, ensuring products are well-displayed. • Handle phone inquiries with professionalism and courtesy. • Collaborate with team members to achieve store goals and maintain a positive work environment. • Demonstrate willingness to learn about cigars and spirits to better serve customers. • Support and embody a positive store culture grounded in honesty, integrity, and respect.
