Retail Sales Associate

A locally owned adult novelty store is seeking a courteous, honest, reliable, and motivated salesperson for weekday and weekend shifts. Preference is given to those with retail sales experience and those who are outgoing and comfortable with customers. Sales Associate Responsibilities: Greeting customers, responding to questions, improving engagement with merchandise, providing outstanding customer service, operating cash registers, managing financial transactions, balancing drawers, and achieving established goals. Applicants must be 21 years of age and comfortable in discussing topics pertaining to human sexuality. Weekend availability and cash handling experience are required.Salary starts at $13/hour with opportunities for commission, currently adding $4-$5/hour in additional pay.Upon completion of a six-month probationary period, suitable candidates will be eligible for a salary increases of up to $15/hour.
