Duties • Greet customers warmly and assist them in their shopping experience. • Utilize basic math skills for cash handling and processing transactions accurately at the cash register. • Maintain an organized and well-stocked sales floor by restocking merchandise as needed. • Communicate effectively with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored recommendations. • Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and maintain a positive work environment. • Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly to ensure customer satisfaction. • Assist in maintaining cleanliness and organization within the store. Experience • Previous experience in retail sales or customer service • Basic math skills are essential for cash handling responsibilities. • Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with customers and team members. • Experience in selling products or services is a plus. • Familiarity with product demonstrations is beneficial for engaging customers effectively.
