About the Role As a Retail Sales Associate, you’ll be the first point of contact for customers exploring our product line. You’ll help guide them through their options, answer questions, and make sure they feel confident in their choices. We're looking for someone who's personable, dependable, and genuinely enjoys connecting with people. What You’ll Do • Welcome customers and create a friendly, low-pressure shopping experience • Educate shoppers on our certified organic product offerings • Use a consultative sales approach to help customers find the right fit • Assist with daily store operations, including opening/closing, transactions, and inventory • Keep the showroom tidy, well-stocked, and visually inviting • Accurately enter customer information into POS/CRM systems What We’re Looking For • 1–3 years of experience in retail or customer service • Previous mattress or furniture sales experience is preferred • Excellent communication and people skills • Professional, reliable, and team-oriented • Comfortable using both Mac OS and Windows systems • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel) • Able to work weekends, evenings, and holidays • Physically able to lift up to 40 lbs and be on your feet for most of your shift • Willingness to travel to other local showrooms occasionally Pay & Benefits • $30/hour base pay • 1% monthly commission • Health, Dental, and Vision Insurance • 401(k) • Paid Time Off • Employee product discounts • Room for growth within a values-driven company Schedule & Location • Full-time, 8-hour shifts • Weekends and holidays may be required • In-person role based in Bellevue, WA Job Type: Full-time Pay: $30.00 per hour Expected hours: 40 per week Benefits: • 401(k) • Dental insurance • Employee discount • Health insurance • Paid time off • Vision insurance Education: • High school or equivalent (Required) Ability to Commute: • Bellevue, WA 98004 (Required) Work Location: In person
