The Sales Associate helps to deliver a great customer experience and increases a business’s revenue. It is a front-facing role that requires excellent communication and customer relations skills, and the ability to handle tense situations. We create rapport with customers, explain the use and benefits of products and services, and assist them in making the right purchasing choices. Position: Full Time Schedule:5 days a week, weekend required Location:Sunnyvale Duties / Tasks • Inside sales, handle phone calls and email. • Prepare and confirm installation schedules. • Perform other tasks as assigned by the supervisor.
