Retail Sales Representative

Overview: We are seeking a motivated and customer-oriented Retail Sales Associate to join our team. As a Retail Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, promoting and selling products, and ensuring a positive shopping experience for our customers. Duties: - Greet customers and assist them in finding the right products - Provide product information and demonstrate features to customers - Assist with inventory management, including restocking shelves and organizing merchandise - Operate cash registers and handle cash transactions accurately - Maintain a clean and organized sales floor - Upsell products and suggest complementary items to enhance customer satisfaction - Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns in a professional manner - Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets Qualifications: - Previous experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred - Strong communication skills, both verbal and written - Excellent phone etiquette and interpersonal skills - Proficiency in operating cash registers and handling cash transactions - Fluent in English; bilingual or multilingual skills are a plus - Knowledge of jewelry sales and product demonstrations is an advantage - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities - Strong attention to detail and organizational skills We offer competitive pay rates and opportunities for career growth within our company.
