Visit us at www.one432.com or @one432 on Instagram to learn more Key Qualifications • 10 years min Retail sales experience • Inventory management skills • Proficiency in POS systems • Customer service expertise • Team management experience • Strong organizational skills • Ability to multitask effectively • Knowledge of purchasing processes • Experience with cash register operations • Excellent communication skills Key Responsibilities: • Communicate the core Brand Philosophy and Profit sharing pledge to everyone that walks into our booth. • Assist customers in designing/choosing the customizable colorways of our streetwear collection (Color Blocked Hoodies, Tees, etc.) on our touch screen interface. • Process POS transactions and create a memorable experience • Ensure cleanliness and visual standards are maintained throughout the day • Provide an engaging in-store experience • Capture content of our organic interactions with new customers. Who You Are: • Highly conversational, confident, charismatic, engaging, outgoing, and consistently excited to meet new people. • Our customer experience is NOT meant to be of an exclusive luxury store.
