About This Role:
We are looking for an experienced Retention Marketing Manager to join our growing team. This person will play an important role in nurturing customers throughout their lifecycle, from first purchase through brand loyalty and advocacy, by optimizing and growing our automated email and SMS programs, and supporting Jenni Kayne Rewards. The ideal candidate is a dynamic and creative thinker with a bias for data-driven decision making. This role reports to the Director of Retention.
Role and Responsibilities:
As the Jenni Kayne Retention Marketing Manager, your primary responsibilities include the following:
- Build, QA and deploy messages to support Jenni Kayne and Jenni Kayne Home triggered email and SMS programsÂ
- Identify opportunities for optimization of all automated email and SMS journeys Â
- Execute A/B testing roadmap, and monitor/report on learnings Â
- Work cross-functionally with stakeholders to develop messaging and creative that is impactful, targeted, personalized, and consistent with brand standards Â
- Analyze channel performance and provide recommendations for optimizationÂ
- Analyze customer data and behavior to identify areas of opportunity for retention campaigns Â
- Support the larger marketing organization and collaborate on product launches, promotions and other key initiatives Â
- Monitor industry trends, technology and best practices Â
Qualifications and Requirements:
- 3+ years’ retention, lifecycle or digital marketing experience Â
- Experience with Klaviyo, Attentive or similar platforms Â
- Demonstrated experience implementing  marketing automation, triggered messaging, dynamic content and audience segmentation Â
- Understanding of A/B testing best practices, with a bias for data-driven decision making Â
- Proficiency using Excel, Google Analytics, Looker or similar, and able to use data to create actionable insights
- Highly motivated self-starter and responsible with proven assistance and follow-through ability
- Ability to organize and prioritize, managing multiple projects with high attention to detail
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment and display exceptional follow-through and initiative
Physical Requirements:
- Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer
- Must be able to move and lift heavy objects (20 pounds or more) from time to time as required

The annual base salary range for this position is $90,000 - $100,000. The base salary is determined by experience, education, skills, and location. In addition, this full-time position is eligible for the following company benefits:
