We're looking to fill a Retirement Plan Solution Data Analyst to support initiatives focused on growing the retirement services. This role is a blend of data analysis, reporting and stakeholder communication. This is a hybrid role located in our San Diego, CA office. What you will do: • Maintain and improve data through discrepancy reconciliations, ensuring accuracy and data hygiene. • Collaborate with internal teams to address and resolve advisor-related escalations promptly and professionally. • Provide program support, including onboarding of new advisors and record-keepers/vendors. • Develop an understanding of agreement structures and processes to manage responsibilities effectively. • Assist in data reporting, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery of reports. • Communicate effectively and in a timely manner with advisors, RK’s and other vendors, and internal teams, ensuring clarity and professionalism. • Proactively identify and address potential data issues, performing detailed research as needed to resolve issues or improve processes. • Strong communication skills with advisors, vendors, and internal teams. • Ability to communicate clearly in written format, including the ability to document decisions made effectively by program management, with supporting rationale. • Provide feedback and contribute to improving the overall fiduciary program experience. • Document decisions and provide supporting rationale for management.Proficiency with the technology platform(s) used by the Retirement Plan Solutions (RPS) team. • What you need to have: (Requirements) • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience • 4-6 years of financial services experience3+ years of advanced Excel experience (x-lookup, shortcut keys, macros etc.) • Really catch our eye with: (Preferred) • Experience with employer sponsored retirement plans. • Experience with insurance and/or annuities • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Economics, Finance or Accounting • Series 65, 66, 7 • 3+ years’ experience with direct business and/or advisory operations and customer service3+ years of advanced Excel experience (v-lookup, shortcut keys, etc.) • Our top performers share the following traits: • Natural curiosity with respect to how things work, and why, and how they fit together.Strong organizational skills • Compensation: The base annual salary range for this role is $80,000 to $1000,000, plus a competitive performance-based bonus. Base annual salary depends on a wide array of factors, including but not limited to skill set, years and depth of experience, certifications, and location. Base annual salary may also differ significantly due to geography and cost of labor considerations. #LI-Hybrid
