The Position Reporting to the Vice President of Finance, the Revenue Cycle Data Analyst is a key member of the FP&A team and a key contributor for Specialty Infusion services, with core responsibilities of supporting Revenue Cycle Management and Operations with business intelligence and financial insights. Additional responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following: • Developing and maintaining comprehensive KPI reports related to revenue cycle performance, including metrics such as collection rates, denial rates, and days in accounts receivable • Automating and enhancing existing processes to drive efficiency and accuracy • Identifying trends and opportunities to optimize RCM operations • Supporting month-end revenue reporting and analysis • Assisting in departmental forecasting and budgeting of labor and other operating expenses as needed • Preparing and presenting financial analysis to Executive and Operational leaders • Collaborating with Data and Analytics Engineers to enhance reporting and data infrastructure • Deliver regular cadence and ad-hoc reports and analysis as needed • Performing other duties as assigned The Successful Candidate The Revenue Cycle Data Analyst is a key member of this organization’s financial leadership team, demonstrating the knowledge, skills, and abilities to lead the FP&A function for this rapidly growing organization.
