Job Description

If you're passionate about revenue enablement and are seeking a role where you can truly make a difference, you're in the right spot.
As our growth continues we are now on the lookout for a Revenue Enablement Specialist to take our go-to-market teams to the next level. The end goal is to have Funnel be the company that every other company looks to when ironing out how to best do sales.
What you will do
This is a chance to be part of the global Revenue Enablement program for RDRs, AEs, AMs, Success Partners, and Solutions Consultants. You will have the opportunity to execute, be hands-on, and deliver operationally in a flexible and pragmatic manner, by working closely with the Global Revenue Enablement Manager. This is an excellent opportunity to have true impact and own an enablement program at a rocket-ship company. If you've successfully done this before, and are passionate about Revenue Enablement, you'll be a great fit for the role.
Occasional travel can be expected.
As part of this role, you will be expected to:

  • Iterate and create playbooks for GTM team processes and behaviors
  • Work within Gong to identify trends and opportunities in sales skills and behaviors
  • Ambassador for Revenue Enablement for the local office
  • Create and deliver courses, curriculums and certifications
  • Developing coaching programs to support revenue management and sales performance improvement
  • Collaborate with Revenue Operations to improve process adoption, make process improvements and track results

Who you are:

  • Strategic: able to connect people's day-to-day jobs to Funnel's broader vision and objectives
  • Analytical: able to understand the big picture, identify gaps and prioritize actions, create priorities, and correct sequencing
  • Curious: not frustrated by obstacles but intrigued to find out the why in order to find solutions
  • Creative: bringing new ideas about how to create a first-class Revenue organization
  • Self-starter: able to work with the end goal in mind and know what questions to ask, and when, for impact
  • Data-driven: know how to show the value of enablement and training. You aren't just responsible for deploying initiatives, but you must also evaluate the results of those initiatives in order to improve future iterations
  • Comfortable with ambiguity and rapidly changing content and strategies
  • Have an understanding of the modern buyer journey and stay aware of industry trends

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience working with designing and rolling out an enablement/training program
  • Proficiency in developing and delivering learning content
  • Proven success in learning and development, training, sales training, teaching, curriculum design, communications, or a related role for a remote/global workforce

Nice to have:

  • Experience delivering formal or informal learning programs using a single channel or blended approaches, including virtual and classroom-based instructor-led training (ILT), peer-to-peer learning, on-the-job learning, and eLearning
  • Instructional design background
  • Project management skills
  • A background in coaching (skill, performance, etc)
  • Excellent presentation skills and ability to engage and enable sales professionals

Benefits:

  • Comprehensive insurance including medical, dental, vision, and life
  • 160 hours (20 days) of vacation
  • 401k matching - dollar for dollar up to 6%
  • Industry-leading 14 Weeks Parental Leave (i.e. Maternity and Paternity) leave at 100% compensation, with a "ramp up" period to return to work
  • Commuter benefits
  • Equity in Funnel

Perks:

  • Free use of onsite state-of-the-art office gym facility
  • Snacks and a range of drinks to choose from (including our own Nitro Cold Brew!)
  • A beautiful office near So. Station for an easy commute
