Hi! We're Sendlane, a small but rapidly growing SaaS start-up in San Diego, CA on a mission to disrupt how merchants approach eCommerce and increase their ROI!

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Own and maintain our HubSpot CRM, Outreach, Zapier and other GTM tools management, including administration, change management, and troubleshooting of the tech stack, ensuring teams have the needed capabilities & can access accurate data.
  • Quality assurance across all technology on the internet (forms, app stores, etc)
  • Lead mapping and funnel tracking
  • Help unify, manage and help govern all go-to-market technologies
  • Work cross functionally in finding solutions to technology issues, lack of technology, or current technology
  • You will manage data quality for the entire revenue function, performing monthly data governance and quality control activities
  • Work across marketing, partnerships, sales, and customer success to strengthen our infrastructure and internal processes by reporting on funnel performance.
  • Identify, design, and implement business processes and reports that increase productivity and remove bottlenecks
  • Work across teams to identify areas of optimization through process improvements and tools
  • Execute projects to improve our revenue teams efficiency
  • Manage our tech stack, onboard and off-board members from the tech stack as well.
  • Support the reporting needs across the organization as well as team-level reporting to help measure the effectiveness of the go-to-market strategy
  • Help create, update, and deliver new and existing enablement training, documentation, processes, practices needed to support our revenue teams

  • SaaS Metric Lover - You need to know SaaS, inside and out. NRR, ARPU, Churn, MRR, ARR, Velocity
  • Technology Lover - You can jump into any relevant platform and figure it out.
  • Taking an idea and running with it (You are autonomous)
  • Strong communications, especially across departments
  • Problem solving Extraordinaire (seriously, we need you think bigger, not narrow)
  • Running multiple projects at a time (Task Manager)
  • Detail orientated (because the details matter)
  • SaaS Metrics lover - One more time in case you didn't hear it before.
