About the Opportunity

We are looking for a Revenue Operations Manager to support the next phase of our growth. You will be reporting to the Sr Director, Revenue Operations and you'll work alongside colleagues who have helped shape the success of companies such as Google, Okta, AWS, VMware, and more. This is a vital role within the Sales Organization to drive efficiency and scale.

You Will:

  • Collaborate with sales leadership and cross-functional teams (Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Solutions Engineering) to implement and continuously improve processes aligned with our key business objectives.
  • Own and administer the revenue tech stack (SalesForce, Marketo, Outreach, Gong, BoostUp, and LeanData) to ensure we have the right systems, tools, documentation and integrations to enable operational efficiency across our teams
  • Co-own sales pipeline, forecasting, and performance analysis with the Head of Revenue Operations
  • Work closely with our sales teams to ensure accurate Salesforce data hygiene
  • Design and implement processes that improve the efficiency and productivity of our sales team
  • Help design territory and verticals for account ownership - ensure our sales team has equity in lead distribution

You Have: 

  • Education:
    • BA/BS degree or equivalent experience required
  • Experience:
    • 3+ years of Revenue Operations experience
  • Others/Good to have Skills:
    • Proficiency in SalesForce administration including creation of new fields/objects, flows, validation rules, and reporting/dashboarding (Knowledge of Apex is a bonus!)
    • Proficient of Spreadsheets (Excel or Google Sheets)
    • Experience using Marketo (or similar Marketing Automation Platform) including SalesForce integration and campaign building (no HTML experience needed)

At Veza, your base pay is one part of your total compensation package. For this position, the reasonably expected pay range can be discussed with your recruiter for the level at which this job has been scoped. Your base pay will depend on several factors, including your experience, qualifications, education, location, and skills. In the event that you are considered for a different level, a higher or lower pay range would apply. This position is also eligible for equity and a competitive benefits package.
