Position: Revit Architect 
Experience: 5+ Years
Job Responsibilities:  

• Create and Maintain BIM Models for Project Specific Requirements
• Develop schematic and detailed level models including modelling structure, interior and exterior architectural elements, and MEP systems (as applicable)
• Identify conflicts, incomplete or ambiguous design information
• Coordinate with BIM service providers and Subcontractors 
• Create new library components
• Responsible as “Model Administrator” for assigned projects
• Assist BIM Manager to compile contract BIM close out documentation.

Software Knowledge:

• Revit with BIM & CAD is must.
• Sketchup
• Photoshop
• Enscape will be added advantage
