Job Description

You will contribute to green and secure energy ecosystem creation by:

• Coordinating company‘s ERM framework setup by defining risks, coordinating supervision of risk limits as well as internal regulations and policies;
•  Maintaining company‘s trading records (ETRM system, in-house tools) by capturing trades and benchmarking setup;
• Reporting on regular and ad-hoc matters (trading positions, P&L, risk);
• Cooperating closely with front office (trading and retail);
• Supervising compliance and performing reporting related to energy trading.

Qualifications

• University degree in economics or IT;
• Understanding of fundaments of financial and energy markets;
• Strong analytical skills (financial modelling, econometrics, statistics, risk models);
• Programming skills (e.g. VBA, R, Python, Julia);
• Basic understanding of compliance requirements towards energy markets (REMIT, EMIR, MiFID2);
• Excellent computer skills (MS Office);
• Polish language – working proficiency;
• English language – working proficiency.
