IMMEDIATE INTERVIEWS AND IMMEDIATE HIRE!! We are looking for Registered Nurses specializing in Private Duty Nursing (PDN) for home health care. The ideal candidate is an experienced nurse with a strong background in community health education and patient-centered care. This role involves providing comprehensive nursing services to pediatric and adult individuals and families within their homes and communities, with home visits typically ranging from 4-12 hours per day.This role will be adults or pediatrics. Responsibilities: • Conduct initial and ongoing comprehensive assessments of patients and their families to determine home health needs. • Perform complete physical assessments and gather detailed histories of current and previous illnesses. • Deliver professional nursing care utilizing the full spectrum of the nursing process. • Assess and evaluate patient status, develop and initiate personalized care plans, and make necessary revisions as patient needs evolve. • Provide specialized care such as Gtube care and feedings, Trach Care, and/or Vent monitoring, based on experience and patient requirements.
