Nurse Injector (RN or NP) – Aesthetic & Wellness Clinics | San Diego & Eastlake Location:Claremont (San Diego) & Eastlake, CA Employment Type:Part-Time transitioning to Full-Time Compensation:Competitive and Negotiable (DOE, additional incentive for GFE-capable NPs) Preferred Schedule: • 25 hours a week availablity • Botox / Fillers/ IV therapy/ Facials • Schedule will expand with client demand. Overview We are seeking a highly experienced, self-directedNurse Injector (RN or NP)to join/ Manage our fast-growing aesthetic and wellness team. This is an exciting opportunity to work across two locations in San Diego, delivering top-tier aesthetic services with an emphasis on Botox, dermal fillers, IV therapy, and weight loss consultations. The ideal candidate has a passion for patient care, sales, and team leadership. Key Responsibilities • Perform Botox and dermal filler injections with precision and care. • Administer IV therapies and provide weight loss consultations. • Conduct patient assessments including medical history reviews and vital sign evaluations. • Develop individualized treatment plans in collaboration with the clinical team. • Educate patients on treatment procedures, aftercare, and potential side effects. • Document procedures and maintain accurate patient records in compliance with clinic protocols. • Ensure adherence to all infection control and safety protocols. • Oversee and support a team of per diem RN injectors. • Upsell appropriate products and services to meet clinic sales goals. • Stay updated on aesthetic best practices and attend advanced training when needed. Requirements • Minimum 2 years of experiencewith Botox, dermal fillers, and IV therapy (required). • CurrentCalifornia RN or NP licensein good standing. • Ability to work independentlywithout the need for training or supervision. • Demonstratedsales ability and upselling experiencein an aesthetic or wellness setting. • Prior experience overseeing or managing nursing staff. • Strong interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills. • Flexible availability to work between clinics and occasional weekends. • Experience in aLaserAwayor similar medspa environment is a plus. • NPs with GFE capabilitystrongly encouraged to apply.
