Job Description IRI is seeking an experienced RN Coordinator to join the Clinical Services team. As an RN Coordinator, you will lead the health care of the people we support in a cluster of residential programs. Key Responsibilities: • Lead and supervise a small team of nurses • Oversee medical emergencies and secure timely triage • Ensure nursing team certifies/re-certifies and properly supervises Auxiliary Medication Administration Personnel (AMAP staff) on an ongoing basis • Oversee and coordinate medication administration programs to ensure that all staff is well trained and up to date in their certifications. • Ensure medical records are kept up to date and in compliance with governing regulations • Liaise with external medical providers, pharmacies, and treatment facilities to ensure proper care About You You are the ideal candidate if you are interested in having a successful career while making a positive impact in the community and helping individuals with Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities create the life of their choice.
