You??l bring expert, compassionate care to postpartum and newborn patients ?? and so much more. As a WEST Float RN, you??l:

• Use the nursing process (assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, evaluation) to provide evidence‐based, individualized care.

• Manage complex clinical situations with confidence and critical thinking.

• Administer medications safely and accurately, always adhering to sterile techniques.

• Partner with patients and families to educate, advocate, and empower.

• Collaborate with diverse teams to deliver consistent, high‐quality care across the system.

?? Education:

• Bachelor?? Degree in Nursing or a diploma from an accredited nursing program required.

?? Licensure & Certifications:

• Active RN License (compact or single‐state) required.
• BLS & ACLS certifications ?? required and ready to roll!

?? Experience:

• Minimum 2 years of recent, hands‐on RN experience in a relevant clinical setting required.

?? Skills:

• Fluent in English, with excellent communication and customer service
• Quick on your feet and calm under pressure
• Organized, thoughtful, and a total team player
