RN Nurse Consultant

Job Overview: SNF Consulting Group LLC is seeking an experienced RN Nurse Consultant who can provide clinical expertise, leadership, and management for nursing homes experiencing a degree of regulatory distress. The candidate will be tasked with conducting root cause analysis, drafting and implementing a comprehensive Plan of Correction, and directing facility leadership in recovery efforts to ensure compliance. Responsibilities: • Conduct Root Cause Analysis to determine root cause of deficient practices • Ensure client facilities attain compliance with State DOH and Federal CMS regulations. • Assess nursing practices and implement strategies to enhance patient outcomes. • Develop and deliver training programs for clinical staff. • Conduct audits, risk assessments, and survey readiness evaluations. • Direct corrective action plans and post-survey compliance support. • Analyze clinical data to identify trends and drive performance improvement. • Collaborate with administrators and nursing leadership to develop best practices. Skillsand Qualifications: • Active Registered Nurse (RN) license required. • In-depth knowledge of Nursing Home regulations and compliance standards. • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and leadership abilities. • Excellent communication and training skills. • Proficiency in Electronic Health Records (EHR) and healthcare data analysis. Job Type: Full-time Pay: $120,000.00 - $180,000.00 per year Experience: • Regional DON: 1 year (Required) License/Certification: • New York State RN license (Required) Ability to Commute: • New York State (Required) Work Location: On the road
