Responsibilities • Provide comprehensive patient care, including assessment, catheterization, and IV insertion. • Utilize EHR systems to document patient information accurately. • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed, including tube feeding and botulinum toxin treatment when applicable. • Collaborate with healthcare teams in sub-acute care settings to ensure optimal patient outcomes. • Monitor vital signs and respond to changes in patient conditions, applying basic life support as needed. • Educate patients and families on health management and care plans.
