Evaluates options and services available to meet an individual’s health needs through communication and available resources to promote quality cost-effective outcomes. Qualifications Education:Graduate of an accredited school of nursing. Experience:Four(4) years’ clinical experience, minimum two(2) years charge RN experience preferred. Critical care experience preferred. Technical Skills:Computer proficiency to include word processing, spreadsheet, and database. License/Certification:Current RN license in the State of Nevada. Other:Must be able to demonstrate the knowledge and skills necessary to provide care/service appropriate to the age of the patients served on the assigned unit/department.
