RN-Clinical Team Leader, PACU, Evenings

Utilizes the nursing process to provide direct and indirect patient care in a cost-efficient manner. Coordinates with physicians, Nurse Manager, nursing personnel and other departments to ensure quality patient care and maintains excellence in guest relations. Demonstrates effective leadership skills to coordinate activities of department. Functions as a resource person to nursing personnel. Maintains appropriate staffing on unit. Demonstrates knowledge of growth and development and possesses ability to assess, interact, communicate, and care for age specific population.

Required:

• One year as a Registered Nurse
• Associate Degree in Nursing

Desired:

• One year within area of practice
• Bachelor's degree
