Robotic Welder

We are seeking a skilledRobotic Weld Techniciansto join our team in a high-volume production environment. This role involves operating and adjusting robotic welding systems to ensure weld quality and consistency on parts primarily used in heavy industrial equipment. Key Responsibilities: • Operate robotic welding systems and make minor program adjustments as needed. • Monitor weld quality and make corrections based on visual and procedural standards. • Perform routine maintenance and follow safety protocols including lockout/tagout. • Interpret production documentation and follow standardized work procedures. • Collaborate with team members to share best practices and support continuous improvement. Qualifications: • Prior experience with robotic welding systems and basic program adjustments. • Ability to identify and correct weld quality issues. • Comfortable working with metric measurements and following detailed instructions. • Willingness to take and pass a hands-on weld test. • Must bring basic personal tools and be comfortable working at heights up to 4 feet. Additional Information: • Materials and parts vary but are primarily used in heavy equipment manufacturing. • Work is performed to industry-standard welding procedures. • The role requires a balance of machine operation, quality adjustments, and equipment upkeep. Pay and Benefits: • Pay: $36/hour • Guaranteed Overtime Each Week paid at time and a half • Access to a full suite of benefits • Paid travel expenses to and from job sites • Paid lodging (Single-Occupancy Hotel Room) • Per diem ($45/day) • Ability to travel and commit to assignments ranging from 3 months to 1 year • Must meet drug test requirements • FlexTrades is an equal opportunity / affirmative action employer.
