Location:Cedar Park, TX
Pay Rate:$28-$33/hr DOEJob Description:

Program robotic welding machines to perform precise welding operations
β’
Assist in the design and setup of custom weld fixtures
β’
Set up, calibrate, and test robotic welding arms and sensors for optimal performance
β’
Monitor weld quality and make adjustments as necessary to meet quality standards
β’
Troubleshoot technical issues or robotic system malfunctions to minimize downtime
β’
Perform preventive maintenance and basic repairs on robotic welding systems
β’
Collaborate with engineers and manual welders to streamline production processes
β’
Maintain accurate documentation of machine settings, weld parameters, and maintenance activity
β’
Follow safety procedures and ensure proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE)
β’
Support continuous improvement efforts using Lean and 5S principles
β’ Minimum Qualifications
β’
High school diploma or equivalent required
β’
Minimum 2 years of experience operating and programming robotic welding systems
β’
Proficient in using hand tools, measurement devices, and diagnostic equipment
β’ Preferred Qualifications
β’
Technical certification in welding, robotics, or related field
β’
Experience with fixture design and CAD software
β’
Familiarity with welding safety standards and robotic welding applications
β’
Ability to perform root cause analysis and support equipment troubleshooting
