Drain & Sewer Rod Techs Wanted! Four Seasons is currently looking to add experience drain cleaning and sewer rod technicians to our consistently growing plumbing division. Applicants should have a minimum of 2 years' experience. Good driving record needed. We are looking for responsible, motivated, hardworking individuals with a positive attitude. Strong customer service, communication, and teamwork skills are necessary. Earning Potential 65K-110K + Commission opportunities Benefits: • Medical Insurance • Accident Insurance • Critical Illness Insurance • Hospital Indemnity Insurance • Dental Plans (free to employees) • Vision Plans (free to employees) • Short Term Disability (free to employees) • Long Term Disability • Basic Life Insurance $25,000 (free to employees) • Holiday Pay • Paid Time Off • 401k with Matching up to 3% • Company Vehicle with gas card and IPass • Great earning potential - commission opportunities available in addition to regular pay • Apprentice Program offered to those who qualify Duties Include (but not limited to): • Implementation of safe work practices, troubleshooting and maintaining plumbing systems • Maintain plumbing systems and make recommendations for improvement where needed • Maintain supplies and equipment • Locate position of pipe, pipe connections and passage holes • Repair and maintain plumbing systems by replacing washers, mending burst pipes, opening clogged drains • Complies with federal, state, and local building and plumbing codes by enforcing adherence to requirements, including ADA requirements • Keeps plumbing equipment and tools operational by following manufacturer's instructions and established procedures • Conserves plumbing resources by using equipment and supplies as needed to accomplish job results • Provides plumbing information by answering questions and requests • Maintains safe and clean working environment by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations • Documents plumbing actions by completing production and quality logs • Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed Reasonable Accommodation: Four Seasons is an affirmative action and equal opportunity employer.
