Roofing Consultant – Full Outside Sales / Project Manager (Commission Only)

Job Summary We’re seeking an energetic and sales-driven Project Manager to help propel our team forward. This role calls for a proactive leader who excels at coordinating resources, managing timelines, and delivering outstanding results for our clients. You’ll need to think strategically, navigate evolving project requirements with ease, and keep everyone focused on shared goals—all while ensuring projects are completed smoothly and successfully. What You’ll Do • Prospect aggressively door-to-door and convert referrals • Conduct inspections and estimate scopes using Xactimate • Negotiate with adjusters and close deals • Jump into jobs you close—coordinate crews, manage schedules, inspect production • Maintain your pipeline and close follow-up sales Qualifications • 2+ years incommission-based sales(roofing, insurance restoration, B2B, etc.) • Discipline forcash-flow ramp-up • Opportunity driven mindset • Familiarity with project management software such as Acculynx is a plus. • Experience sourcing your own leads (door-to-door, referrals, cold outreach) • Desire to learn, and handle jobs from inspection to install • Exceptional communication abilities, both written and verbal, with a talent for breaking down complex topics clearly.
