Key Responsibilities Coordinate the process of roof installation and repair from inception to completion including: • Coordinate and manage project timelines, schedules, and resources to ensure successful project execution. • Collaborate with customers, sales, operations, construction teams, and vendors to facilitate communication between various trades and contractors. • Oversee the quality of work performed, ensuring compliance with safety standards and project specifications. • Assist in the preparation of project documentation including plans, reports, and progress updates. • Monitor project budgets and expenditures, providing regular updates to management. • Utilize office equipment, computers and programs effectively. • Handle customer service and any escalations necessary, including inbound and outbound phone calls. Qualifications • Proven experience as a project coordinator in the roofing industry. • Knowledge of construction and roofing. • Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently or as part of a team. • Strong Computer Skills. • Strong Phone Skills. • Ability to provide the highest level of customer service, including providing solutions, resolutions, and escalations, when necessary. • Ability to interact with all departments within the company and all external associates, including vendors. • Ability to commute and work from the Office location in Monmouth County, Monday - Friday, 8 hours per day.
