JOB DESCRIPTION: Responsibilities: • Working with a dedicated team(s) of subcontractors, produce contracted scope of work based on signed contract and marked up photo report provided by the Project Consultant. • Work closely with the Production Manager and Director of Purchasing to identify any issues with the proposed scope, material orders and/or work orders. • Ongoing customer communication throughout the duration of the project is essential; confirm scope of work and any changes that will require an additional cost. • Responsible for instructing the Foreman on the designated subcontractor crew to produce the scope of work that is outlined in the work order and confirming they have what is needed to complete the job. • Record daily project notes, including complete work, crew information and materials used/returned with photos of what work was produced. • Receipts including gas, materials, etc. must be submitted daily to the billing team. • Utilize different software programs like CompanyCam and JobProgress to document progress of jobs. • Conduct final walk-thru appointment to confirm project was completed to our standards. Requirements: • Valid driving license • Education: A high school diploma or GED • Experience: Minimum 3-5 years in residential roofing, specifically asphalt shingle installation. • OSHA certification a plus • Need to be dressed in clean company attire & look presentable at all times • Hours: Full-time, Monday – Friday; 7am – 3pm Skillsets: • Comprehensive knowledge base of roofing installation techniques • Strong communication & customer service skills with the ability to work with all types of people • Organized and good with time management Benefits: • Two weeks (10 days) paid time off after probationary period • Company cell phone and credit card will be provided • Company vehicle during working hours • Company attire • Annual bonus Job Type: Full-time Pay: $65,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year Work Location: In person
