Become a Project Manager withSwordsmen Roofing & Construction
Location:Dallas Fort Worth
Compensation:$50,000–$125,000+ per year (Commission based)
Job Type:Full-time Hybrid Remote in Dallas TX 75247
Must be able to self-generate leads, contract and sell, assist homeowners with insurance claims, and see the project from start to finish. Xactimate, writing estimates, ordering materials, filing depreciation and supplement reports is a plus.

What You’ll Be Doing
· Visiting homes to inspect roofs, assessing damage or wear, ordering materials, managing job sites, filing appropriate paperwork to insurance companies, writing estimates, collecting payments, and offer clear, tailored recommendations to homeowners.
· Using inspection tools, aerial tech, and quoting systems to document and present options.
· Guiding homeowners through design, insurance, and installation decisions.
· Representing the Swordsmen name with professionalism, humility, and pride.
