***Solely commissions*** Job Overview: As a Roofing Sales Representative, you’ll be the key driver in helping homeowners protect their property and increase home value through top-quality roofing solutions. Your role involves identifying potential clients, performing roof assessments, and guiding homeowners through the insurance claim or retail process. You’ll educate them on their options and help schedule installations that fit their needs — all while earning uncapped commission. Duties: • Prospect and connect with homeowners to offer roofing solutions. • Conduct basic roof inspections to determine damage, wear, or replacement needs. • Educate clients on roofing materials, processes, and available solutions. • Guide homeowners through insurance claims or retail sales process. • Provide accurate quotes and schedule follow-up appointments or inspections. • Maintain communication with clients throughout the project lifecycle. • Log all activity, leads, and project statuses in the CRM or reporting system. • Stay current on roofing trends, materials, and market pricing. Qualifications: • Prior experience in canvassing, technical sales, or closing preferred • Self-motivated with strong leadership and communication skills. • Demonstrated ability to influence and connect with a wide range of people. • Able to work independently in a fast-paced, target-driven environment. • Comfortable walking neighborhoods and engaging in face-to-face conversations.
