Roofing Sales Representative (Project Manager)

Roof Masters Roofing & Restoration, LLC is growing in the greater Houston area, and we are looking for successful, self-driven salespeople, to partner with us. Previous roofing sales experience is preferred, but we are willing to train the right candidate to succeed. We’re more interested in a go-getter attitude, willingness to learn, and communication skills than your experience. We’re looking for people who are: • Driven to succeed • Goal oriented • Organized • Strong communicators • Comfortable dealing face to face with customers • Able to climb a ladder to a roof and perform inspection • Comfortable with a performance-based pay plan (commission) Responsibilities: • Canvas/DOOR KNOCK targeted areas for potential customers • Inspect properties and document damage as seen • Meet directly with homeowners after inspections to educate them on the claims process and provide assistance with the claims process • Meet with the field adjuster from the insurance carrier • Supply company generated quotes to retail customers • Manage the roofing project, company orders materials • Meet/exceed sales goals - maximize and your INCOME!! Skills: • Basic understanding of sales principles and customer service practices • Knowledge of Microsoft Office products preferred • Previous experience using CRM software preferred • Solid communication and interpersonal skills • A friendly and energetic personality with customer service focus • High school degree required Here’s what we offer at Roof Masters: • $50-$75,000 first year income expected, with top earners making over $100,000 • Advancement opportunities (we promote from within) • Performance bonuses • Fun and competitive team Not happy with your current job or with your current income?
