What You’ll Do: • Inspect residential and commercial roofs for damage, and assess repair or replacement needs. • Assist customers in navigating the insurance claim process, ensuring they get the most from their coverage. • Provide expert guidance on roofing options and solutions, all while building strong relationships with customers. • Take advantage of our extensive training and development opportunities to climb the ladder and boost your earning potential! What We’re Looking For: • Comfort with getting on roofs and performing inspections. • Sales experience (roofing or construction is a plus but not required). • Strong communication skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport with customers. • A driven, positive attitude with the desire to earn based on your results.
